Product Questions

What type of products are sold by Paving Tool Supplies?
We sell Block Cutters, Screeds, Paving Tools & Lifting Equipment. All items come with the standard Probst warranty.

What is the condition of the products sold at your store?
Unless otherwise stated, all products are sold as new, they come with a full 1 year manufacturer's warranty so you can buy in total confidence!

Do products come with a warranty? 
All products are sold with a manufacturer's warranty. If a fault develops after 14 days of you receiving the item, please contact us at info@pavingtoolsupplies.co.uk. This does not affect your statutory rights.

When does my warranty period start?
The warranty period starts on the date you purchased your item from Paving Tool Supplies and will be valid for the next twelve months. You will need to provide proof of your purchase to claim warranty service (e.g. an order confirmation email).

Payment/Checkout Questions

How do I complete checkout?
 

We accept payment via VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, SOLO & AMEX or PayPal.

I did not receive my checkout email, what do I do?
If you do not receive the checkout email within 24 hours, please use the following e-mail address info@pavingtoolsupplies.co.uk to contact us and we will resend your Checkout email.

What payment methods do you accept?
 

We accept payment via VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, SOLO & AMEX.


We therefore do NOT accept payment by cash, cheques, or postal orders, but we are able to process payments via the telephone.

What if my credit card is declined?
You will need to follow this up directly with your card holder or bank as they perform the authorization of customer card details and payments. We will hold your order for an agreed period of time to allow you to resolve the issue, after which time the order will be cancelled if funds are not received.

I am unable to complete checkout, what should I do?
Please contact us at info@pavingtoolsupplies.co.uk : please describe the error you are receiving and we will endeavour to help you within 24 hours.

Do prices include VAT and shipping?
Delivery is included in our prices unless stated otherwise. VAT is added on when you check out. 

Do you charge VAT and will I get a VAT receipt?
Yes we do charge VAT. Your invoice will provide details of all VAT which is shown when you go to the checkout.

Shipping Questions

Who pays for postage?
The price quoted includes delivery to UK mainland. Delivery is via a carrier of our choosing and is restricted to the UK destination shown below. Shipping cost includes basic insurance.

Do you only ship within the UK?
We deliver to all of the UK mainland. Off shore & Eire will have an additional delivery charge.
 

Do you ship to Northern Ireland/Scottish Highlands/Channel Islands?
We can ship to the Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands - at an extra cost.

Can I ship to an address different from my credit/debit card address?
Yes, but this might delay your order.

Return Policy Questions

What is the return and exchange policy?
You may return for exchange or refund any product you buy from us within 14 working days of receipt. To arrange a return/refund, please use our info@pavingtoolsupplies.co.uk and include your invoice number and User ID. Returned items remain your responsibility until we receive them and should be in the same condition as when they were supplied. If you return an item of high value, we strongly recommend that you use one of the Royal Mail's premium services. This does not affect your statutory rights.

My product arrived damaged during shipping, who should I contact?
If an item has been damaged during shipping or does not match our item description, we offer a seven-day exchange policy from the date that you receive the product. Please use our info@pavingtoolsupplies.co.uk and include your email address, and a brief description of the damage/problem in your inquiry so we can promptly research your request with in 24 hours.

My product arrived but it doesn't work, who should I contact?

Can I return a product to a High St Store?

No. We do not have high street retail outlets.
